A Cappella ...
A Cappella is the art of creating music without instruments. Keeping with a cappella tradition, the Swinging 'Gates use nothing but human voices to create all of the harmonies, percussion, and musicality of our songs! We arrange our own arrangements of well-known cover songs, and learn them through keen listening and oral tradition. Our repertoire features music ranging from classics of the Beatles and Aretha Franklin, soulful ballads by Sarah McLachlan, fun favorites by Billy Joel, and today's pop hits from Maroon 5.
